Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Sanford Health in downtown Fargo after an earlier threat forced the hospital to take security measures.

Sanford's switchboard received a call just after 10:30 AM with an unidentified individual making threats of violence, according to Fargo Police Lieutenant Joel Vettel. 

Sanford Health released a statement just after 3 PM saying that after consultation with the Fargo Police Department they'd returned to business as usual. Sanford referred all questions about the threat to the Fargo Police Department.

Sanford President Paul Richard said in a statement that they will remain vigilant in monitoring security on their campus, adding that they'd like to thank law enforcement and their employees for their quick response.
