Fargo Police Department unhappy with two officers for speaking out against proposed apartment complex

The Fargo Police Department is unhappy with two of its officers who publicly spoke out against a proposed apartment complex for the homeless in Moorhead.

They said the building would increase area crime.

Chief Keith Ternes says they shouldn't have used their titles as officers to make statements.
