There are more than 20-vendors.

Fried, dipped, drizzled, or something on a stick, you can pretty much find it all.

New treats this year include bacon wrapped corn dogs, grilled pineapple, even red velvet funnel cakes.

Even new food vendors like Aunt Edmoes Cookies are testing their luck with deep fried cookie dough on a stick.

But fair foodies say the classics are some of their favorites.

Dave Jacobs/Fair Foodie: “Oh man, the cheese curds, funnel cakes, you know all the fair stuff that's really bad for you that apparently I haven't worked off in a few years, but it’s part of summer.”

Don Deering/Aunt Edmoe’s Cookies Owner: “The number one word they use when they bite into our cookie dough on a stick, the deep fried, is amazing. Pretty much out of everyone's mouth is amazing.”

The pork chop on a stick is also one of the top selling items.
