If you're in need of a job, you might want to head to Stutsman County. Jamestown's Job Service North Dakota branch says there 653 positions open in the county. The number of open positions peaked in May at 718. Right now, there are three open positions per job seeker in the county.

One reason for the open positions is wages. The Jamestown and Stutsman Development Corporation says the average weekly pay in the County is about 200 dollars less than North Dakota's average.
