Karlstad, MN, Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Conduct

The Kittson County Sheriff's Department says a Karlstad man was arrested Sunday and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The Kittson County Sheriff's Department says a Karlstad man was arrested Sunday and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with someone under 13.

Todd J. Nelson, 52, faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and/or a $40,000 fine.

Nelson is being held in the Kittson County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday at 2 p.m.
