1 Killed in Head-on Crash South of Bemidji

(WDAZ TV) - One woman is dead after a crash in Hubbard County on Saturday afternoon in a two-car head-on collision south of Bemidji.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 72-year-old Sheryl Bruinsma from Springfield, Pennsylvania was a passenger in the car that hit a vehicle turning on Highway 71 and County Road 9. The accident occurred at 2 p.m. at the intersection, about six miles south of Bemidji.
The drivers of the vehicles both sustained minor injuries, but a passenger in one of the vehicles was killed.
The driver of both vehicles have minor injuries.
