Man Arrested On Warrant Near Grand Forks Cemetery

Man escaped Pembina County Jail in May
A Walhalla, ND, man was arrested Monday night near a Grand Forks cemetery on an outstanding municipal warrant. Glen Troy Stegman, 34, was arrested at the Memorial Park Cemetery at 1003 N. 23rd St. shortly after 9:30 p.m. Monday.

GRAND FORKS, ND - A Walhalla, ND, man was arrested Monday night near a Grand Forks cemetery on an outstanding municipal warrant.

Glen Troy Stegman, 34, was arrested at the Memorial Park Cemetery at 1003 N. 23rd St. shortly after 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Stegman was wanted on a warrant for failure to pay fines of $501, according to a police report.

Stegman escaped at the Pembina County Jail on May 19 while being led back to jail from a court hearing. He was caught in Fargo in June.

Stegman was arrested and was transported to the Grand Forks County Correctional Center.
