DEVILS LAKE, ND - A Devils Lake man has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possession of child pornography.
Authorities allege Allan Vetsch, 40, had seven images of child pornography on a usb drive he owned.
A jury trial is set for December.
If convicted, Vetsch could face a maximum of five years in prison.
Vetsch is also facing a felony charge in Cass County of luring a minor by computer. He will appear in court in Fargo next week.
Vetsch previously worked as a computer technician for a group of schools in the Lake Region, but resigned in January following a months-long investigation in which a detective posed online as a juvenile female.
School officials say they don't believe Vetsch had any contact with any students in any of the schools in the region.
