VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal rollover in southeastern North Dakota's Barnes County.
The Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Joseph Hejtmanek (heht-MAN'-ihk) of Valley City died early Thursday when his car rolled in the ditch on a county road south of the city.
He was alone in the vehicle.
