Polk County Public Health is holding H1N1 flu shot clinics for anyone who needs a vaccine today at several locations around the county.

People lined up for the clinic in East Grand Forks today and were given numbers as they signed up to get the vaccine.

The Public Health department says this is the first clinic they have had where anyone is able to get vaccinated.

Previous clinics were limited to certain, at risk groups.

Lorna Carriere: "Any citizen, no matter what age, no matter health conditions for H1N1 we want to get it out as fast as we can to as many people as we can."

One will be at Larimore High School on Thursday from two to six pm.

Another on Friday at the Grand Forks Public Health Department from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

These clinics are also open to anyone over the age of six months.

The seasonal flu vaccine will also be available.
