GF Landfill Almost Finished

Work is basically completed on Grand Forks' new landfill. Crews have finished work on the landfill cell. Now they're just completing some work on the inside of a storage building.
Public Works Director Todd Feland says they've had no major problems constructing the landfill.
Feland says, “We've been using the landfill for probably a little over two months now, but it's nice to have the whole project winding down. “
Feland expects the storage building to be finished by the end of January.
