Woman Arrested In Gilby Bank Robbery
Authorities have arrested a woman in connection with an armed bank robbery in northeastern North Dakota in May.
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Authorities have arrested a woman in
connection with an armed bank robbery in northeastern North Dakota
in May.
Forty-seven-year-old Debra Kay Jensen is charged in federal
court with false statement during purchase of a firearm, sale or
transfer of a firearm to a prohibited person, and accessory after
the fact. She has pleaded not guilty to all three counts.
Authorities say Jensen bought a gun that was used as a threat
during a bank robbery in Gilby.
William Collins of Nashville, Tenn., and Clifton Patterson of
Grand Forks have been charged with the bank robbery. Trial is set
for Jan. 19.
