Fewer Flu Shots Changes Polk County Distribution

EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (WDAZ-TV) - With a limited number of flu shots this year, Polk County Public Health is changing the way it will distribute them.
Public Health is encouraging people covered by insurance to get their shots through their own provider.
The facility is no longer getting government reimbursement.
Public Health has a limited number of flu shots and will continue to hold smaller clinics for children and uninsured and under-insured adults.
A walk-in clinic will be held at Polk County Public Health at 721 South Minnesota Street in Crookston on Wednesday, September 21 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
