Scratch Ticket Worth $30K Sold in Oslo, MN

OSLO, MN (WDAZ-TV) - A Manvel, ND, man turned $20 into $30,000 after buying a scratch ticket in Oslo.

Patrick Bushaw bought the ticket at Kosmatka's Market at 206 Main St. in Oslo. He claimed the prize on September 9.

According to the Minnesota Lottery, there are 35 chances to win in the "$500,000 Class Cash" game. Players match any numbers to any of the winning numbers to win the prize shown. If you scratch off a coin symbol, you win the prize automatically. If you scratch a "10X" symbol you can win ten times the prize shown.

The lottery says there are over 69,000 prizes up for grabs from $50 to $100.

Proceeds from the Minnesota State Lottery have raised more than $2 billion for state programs in areas like education, public safety and health and human services. It also funds environmental programs.
