HALLOCK, MN (WDAZ-TV) - Two people appeared in court Monday in Hallock on charges of theft of a firearm and tampering with a motor vehicle.
Laurie J. Hamilton, 32, of Lake Bronson, MN and Alexander M. Stewart, 19, also from Lake Bronson, were arrested on September 23.
The counts of firearm theft carry a maximum sentence of ten years in prison and/or a $20,000 fine. The count of tampering with a motor vehicle carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
Bond was set for Hamilton and Stewart at $5,000 cash.
