Fergus Falls Man, 71, Found Dead in Slough

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) — Otter Tail County authorities are investigating the death of a rural Fergus Falls man whose body was found in a slough.
A neighbor found the body of 71-year-old Robert Stock on Tuesday.
The neighbor had not seen Stock for several days and called the sheriff's office after finding Stock's empty pickup.
KBRF-AM reports Stock was out on his property repairing a fence. Authorities say he may have gotten caught up in the wire.
Foul play is not suspected, but the cause of death is not known.
