BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A 40-year-old oil Illinois man has been killed while working in the oil field near Williston.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the man was filling a frac tank with fresh water 10 miles south of Williston when another worker driving a truck ran over him Thursday night.
KFYR reports (http://bit.ly/mVCxy1) that the incident appears accidental.
Authorities have not released the man's name. He was originally from Illinois but had been living in the Watford City and Dickinson areas.
