Person of Interest in Oklahoma Murders Arrested in Lakota, ND, to be Extradited

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A arrested in Lakota, ND, who might be linked to an Oklahoma double murder case will be extradited from North Dakota to Oklahoma within the next 10 days.

50-year-old Kevin Statham from Arkansas was arrested in Lakota in July.

He had been living there since April after a job transfer.

Statham is a person of interest in the murder of his parents who were shot and killed.

Oklahoma Authorities have to pick up Statham in the next 10 days.
