GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A man charged with reckless endangerment over the weekend made his first court appearance in Grand Forks on Monday.
Daryl Lee Nikle, 56, is accused of firing a handgun inside a home at 2202 7th Ave. N. early Sunday morning.
An investigation found that Nikle allegedly fired a handgun in the home, with the bullet striking a TV and going through a wall.
There were people in the home at the time but no one was injured.
A handgun and ammo were taken from the home.
Nikle's next court appearance is set for November 14.
