Firefighters Working to Contain Wildfire West of Roseau

NEAR ROSEAU, MN (WDAZ-TV) - Firefighters are working against warm temperatures and windy conditions as they fight a wildfire west of Roseau.
They're hoping to contain the fire over the next 24 hours.
The fast-spreading fire was discovered Wednesday around 2 p.m.
Firefighters worked through the night working to extinguish the flames, which are believed to have charred about 10,000 acres.
Additional firefighters from a across the state arrived today to help. A command center has been set up in Greenbush Minnesota to coordinate the effort.
Most of the fire is in the Roseau River Wild Life Management Area.
No homes are threatened at this time.
Firefighters don't expect the blaze to be completely out for another three days.
