WDAZ-TV - The Polk County Sheriff's Office says that scam emails have been reported that request credit card information due to irregular activity on the card.

The emails come from the address supp@averifiedbyvisa.com

The Sheriff's Office says the email was even sent to a deputy.

It also comes with a form requesting a credit card number, expiration date, security code, ATM pim, and Verify Visa passcode.

The Sheriff's Office urges anyone who receives a similar email not to reply to it.
