High-risk Sex Offender Out of Jail, Now Living at Grand Forks Mission

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The Grand Forks Police Department says a high-risk sex offender was recently released from the North Dakota State Penitentiary and is living at the Grand Forks rescue mission.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The Grand Forks Police Department says a high-risk sex offender was recently released from the North Dakota State Penitentiary and is living at the Grand Forks rescue mission.

Police say Joshua Wayne Keith, 31, is living at the Northlands Rescue Mission at 414 Division Ave.

Keith had sexual conduct with a five-year-old girl on multiple occasions, according to police.

He was assigned a risk level of high and has a lifetime registration requirement in the state.

There are currently 90 registered sex offenders in Grand Forks. Of those, 9 are high-risk. The rest are moderate or low risk, or have not been assigned a risk level.
