WEST OF BELCOURT, ND (WDAZ-TV) - Police are seeking help in finding a driver who struck a 56-year-old woman on October 12 or 13.
According to a report by the Turtle Mountain Times, Sue "Sue Buck" Boyer of Belcourt was struck on Highway 5, west of Belcourt near the Sky Dancer Casino late Wednesday or early Thursday.
She later died of her injuries.
The vehicle left the scene of the accident after hitting her.
Bureau of Indian Affairs police chief Lenore Nioce is seeking any leads in the investigation that could help the case.
