People looking for a new book to read had plenty to choose from at the Campbell Library book sale in East Grand Forks.

The Friends of the Library used book sale is expected to raise about $1,000 for the library.

Most of the books are donated or taken from the library's shelves.

Paper back books are just 50 cents, and hard cover book are $1.

The library has two big book sales each year. Saturday's featured hundreds of books for people to choose from.

"A lot of fiction books, some best sellers, many many best selling authors. We'll have a nice collection of non fiction books, we'll have cook books, we'll have history books, a lot of government books and biographies," Campbell Library Volunteer Coordinator Rita Haag said.

Books can be donated to the library at anytime for the next sale in May.
