FARGO (WDAZ-TV) - It's championship day in North Dakota prep football. Three games are down with one to go.
The class AA final finds unbeaten Grafton against two-time defending champion Fargo Shanley.
First quarter, Grafton's Jake Hanson, on third and goal, hits Zach Suda, making it six-nothing Spoilers.
And they're on their way. In the second quarter, Zach burns needed one yard for a first down. He gets 17 yards to the one to set-up another TD.
That makes it a 14-nothing lead.
After Shanley fumbles the kickoff, Hanson keeps it for a six yard score bringing it to 22-0.
The Spoilers are bridesmaids no more, winning 22-8. Coach Tom Maus was name Class AA coach of the year.
