GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - People are getting a taste of a new kind of craft fair.
The North by Midwest Craft Spectacular is calling itself the city's first-ever Indie Craft Fair.
The fair promotes a hipper, edgier brand of handmade goods. 38 local artists sell their products, everything from screen-printed neckties to hand-bound journals.
"There's something for everybody. As far as price ranges, you know from five dollars up to fifty dollars, whatever you want to spend. And something for men and women, or kids," organizer Becky Uglem said.
