(AP) — A man who authorities say was shot multiple times on Thanksgiving as he slept in his van in a North Dakota potato warehouse has been released from a Fargo hospital.

A spokeswoman for Sanford Health told The Forum newspaper (http://bit.ly/u55AEs ) on Monday night that 43-year-old Thomas Denault of Park River was no longer a patient there. Denault had been listed in satisfactory condition over the weekend.

Police say Denault and 18-year-old Sierra Hobbs of Crystal were shot while sleeping in the van at the warehouse near Hoople, where Denault would sometimes park the van he was living in. Hobbs was treated at a Grand Forks hospital and released.

Twenty-nine-year-old Jason Mize of Hoople is charged with attempted murder and attempted manslaughter. Authorities say Mize is Hobbs' former boyfriend.
