Grand Forks Man Accused of Molesting 8-year-old

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) A Grand Forks man appeared in court in the lead up to a jury trial scheduled to start March 27 in which he faces a Class AA felony for allegedly molesting a girl.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) A Grand Forks man appeared in court in the lead up to a jury trial scheduled to start March 27 in which he faces a Class AA felony for allegedly molesting a girl.

The Grand Forks Herald reports that Jordan Austin Torres, 30, is charged with gross sexual imposition for allegedly molesting the 8-year-old.

According to a court document, the North Dakota Crime Lab has DNA evidence against Torres.

He could spend life in prison without parole if convicted.
