MOORHEAD – A rural Barnesville woman accused of setting fires at her home was released from the Clay County Jail after posting bail Sunday night.

Tara Andvik, 33, posted the required $25,000 bond, jail staff said.

Conditions of the bail set by Judge Michael Kirk dictate that Andvik must reside with her parents and have no unsupervised contact with her children.

Andvik faces three counts of first-degree arson for fires allegedly set on her property in rural Barnesville in October. Each arson charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

Her next court appearance is set for Dec. 16.
