Light Freezing Drizzle Possible Wednesday Morning

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The National Weather Service says it's possible the region could see some light freezing drizzle Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The National Weather Service says it's possible the region could see some light freezing drizzle Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.

A light coating of ice could make roads slick until about noon Wednesday when temperatures are expected to warm to above freezing during the afternoon.

Eastern North Dakota and northwest and west central Minnesota could be affected.

Forecast

Grand Forks area:

Wednesday: A chance of freezing drizzle before noon. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 32. South wind 5 to 8 mph becoming west northwest.

Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 18. Blustery, with a northwest wind 9 to 12 mph increasing to between 19 and 22 mph. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 21. Blustery, with a north northwest wind 19 to 22 mph decreasing to between 10 and 13 mph. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 6. North wind between 5 and 8 mph becoming calm.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 18.
