Courtrooms in North Dakota's four largest cities are likely to be equipped soon with wireless Internet access.
Northwest District court administrator Carolyn Woolf says the Ward County Commission requested the equipment earlier this month.
She says attorneys and court officials ask a lot about whether the service is available.
Cass County's wireless Internet access could be installed early next year. A wireless system started operating in Burleigh County last month. In Grand Forks County, the county government has put in wireless Internet for the entire courthouse.
Supreme Court Justice Dale Sandstrom says there will be more demand for wireless Internet access as more court documents become available online.
