Grand Forks Man Sentenced in Bar Beating

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Grand Forks man who fractured nearly every bone in another man's face during an attack at a bar will serve 30 days in jail and pay more than $6,000 in fines and restitution.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Grand Forks man who fractured nearly every bone in another man's face during an attack at a bar will serve 30 days in jail and pay more than $6,000 in fines and restitution.

25-year-old Tony Jesus Cooper was sentenced Wednesday in Northeast Central Court for aggravated assault.

Cooper was a bouncer at the bar but was off duty at the time of the April incident and was subsequently fired.
