BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck man was arrested twice in the same day for huffing vapors from an aerosol can.

Police say Darrell Parisien was in the same car and in the same parking lot for both arrests, which were separated by eight hours Saturday.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/zUFKA0 ) that 30-year-old Parisien allegedly was in a parked car in a lot near the Gateway Fashion Mall when an officer saw him put an aerosol can to his mouth.

A different officer driving through the mall parking lot that night spotted the same car running. Police say Parisien was passed out in the passenger seat with an aerosol can in his hand.

Parisien pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of inhalation of vapors and one count of physical control of a motor vehicle.
