Last night was one of the biggest party nights of the year. With that means more cops looking for drunk drivers.
The Grand Forks Police Department had three DUI's last night. That's up from last year when there were no DUI's reported. Sargent Kevin Kallinen says they stayed busy most of the night with disturbance and loud party calls.
Kallinen says with nights like New Years, he would like everyone to keep their parties within reasonable levels.
Sgt. Kevin Kallinen says, "I would say it's alright to have a good time but just don't go overboard and have a designated driver."
