GF State Rep Lonny Winrich Not Running For Re-election

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - State Representative Lonny Winrich announced Monday that, after five terms in the legislature, he won't run for re-election this year.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - State Representative Lonny Winrich announced Monday that, after five terms in the legislature, he won't run for re-election this year.

Winrich is a Democrat and says he's honored to have been chosen to represent the people of District 18 and is pleased with the contributions he was able to make.

"I take this step now for personal reasons, with many fond memories of working with people from across the state, and with many thanks to those who have supported me, voted for me, and shared with me their vision for a better state," Winrich said in a news release.
