Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 24-year-old Grand Forks woman who is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Cass County.
Delina Camille Mullen was convicted in 2009 for felony child abuse and neglect in Grand Forks County District Court.
Mullen was sentenced to three years in prison, with two years suspended. After her prison term, she was placed on three years of supervised probation.
She’s required to register as a sex offender until 2024.
Mullen was believed to be in Fargo before she failed to update her whereabouts with local law enforcement last month.
A warrant for her arrest was issued Jan. 6.
A search of North Dakota court records revealed Mullen has a criminal history that includes convictions for issuing bad checks, property theft, perjury and jumping bail.
