Crookston Man Charged in Christmas Day Shooting

(WDAZ-TV) - A Crookston man is charged with second degree assault after a Christmas Day shooting.

(WDAZ-TV) - A Crookston man is charged with second degree assault after a Christmas Day shooting.

27-year-old Anthony Wagoner is in custody in Crookston. He was initially arrested earlier this month in Moorhead for being a felon in possession of a handgun.

Crookston police say Wagoner shot 27-year-old Levi Fuglseth in the leg on Christmas. Fuglseth said a masked man had entered his mobile home, shot him in the leg, went through his pockets and left without taking anything.

Wagoner's next court appearance is set for Monday.
