VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — The lone movie theater in Valley City is closing.
Owner Wayne Loberg plans to shut down The Theater I & II on Thursday, after nearly three decades of working there. The theater has been up for sale since mid-October.
Loberg tells the Valley City Times-Record that the economics of the theater business have made continued operations unfeasible.
Loberg says he plans to retire.
