GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A felony jury trial has been set for March 27 for a Grand Forks man accused of fracturing his infant son's skull.

William Hoehn, 25, brought his son to the hospital on January 5, 2011 with fractures near his right ear. Authorities ruled out the possibility the injuries were accidental.

Hoehn was arrested and charged with child neglect or abuse, a Class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.

Hoehn posted bond on the charges, but the next day was stopped for erratic driving on I-29 in Cass County and had his bond revoked. Authorities say they found drugs in the car.

Jury selection is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. on March 27.
