Ex-boyfriend Pleads Guilty to Stabbing MN Teen

MANKATO, Minn. (AP) — The ex-boyfriend of a 19-year-old woman has pleaded guilty to fatally stabbing her in Mankato.

Family and friends of Josselyn Bishop sobbed in court Tuesday as Damone Christopher Williams-Tillman admitted to arguing with Bishop, chasing her down and repeatedly stabbing her last July. A grand jury charged Williams-Tillman with first-degree murder, kidnapping and assault. His plea deal with prosecutors allows the possibility of parole following 30 years imprisonment.

The Free Press (http://bit.ly/AtbAB1 ) says family members impact statements were read in court, including a statement from the victim's 8-year-old brother, Gage. He told the defendant he could have walked away and spared Josselyn's life.
