GRAND FORKS - Singer Elton John and his band will appear for the very first time in Grand Forks at the Ralph Engelstad Arena on Saturday, March 24 at 8 p.m.

“Elton John is an entertainment legend,” said Jody Hodgson, The Ralph Engelstad Arena General Manager. “It is our privilege to host his first Grand Forks appearance at Ralph Engelstad Arena. This show will be a must-see in the Red River Valley and a performance our community will never forget!”

The monumental career of international singer/songwriter and performer Elton John spans five decades. He is one of the top-selling solo artists of all time, with 35 gold and 25 platinum albums, 29 consecutive Top 40 hits, and he has sold more than 250 million records worldwide. John holds the record for the biggest selling single of all time, “Candle in the Wind ’97,” which has sold over 37 million copies. Since his career began in 1969 he has played over 3,000 concerts worldwide.

Tickets go on sale Monday, February 27 at 10:00 a.m. They are priced at $39.00, $79.00, and $139.00 each and will be available at Ticketmaster.com, the Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office, or charge-by-phone (800)-745-3000.

There is an 8 ticket limit per customer. Ticket orders subject to service fees.
