MANDAREE, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified the man killed in a western North Dakota crash involving three trucks.
The Highway Patrol says 21-year-old Dustin W. Schatz of Butte, N.D., was killed in the accident on state Highway 22 south of Mandaree shortly before noon Tuesday.
Authorities say the victim's truck clipped the rear of a truck it was attempting to pass and slid into the path of the third truck.
The other two drivers were not hurt.
