GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — University of North Dakota hockey standouts Jocelyne and Monique Lamoureux are among the 10 finalists for this year's Patty Kazmaier Award, given annually to the top player in women's college hockey.

The twin sisters are from Grand Forks. Their older brother, Jean-Phillipe, was a 2008 finalist for the Hobey Baker Award, given to the top men's player, when he was a goaltender for UND. Monique Lamoureux was a Patty Kazmaier finalist a couple of years ago when she was a freshman and still playing for Minnesota. The sisters transferred to UND three years ago.

The Lamoureux twins won silver medals with the U.S. team at the 2010 Olympics.

This year's Patty Kazmaier Award winner will be named March 17 in Duluth, Minn., as part of NCAA Frozen Four festivities.
