BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck man accused of driving from North Dakota to South Dakota to have sex with a 16-year-old girl has entered not guilty pleas to three felony counts.
Quentin Doerr is also accused of sending the 16-year-old girl photos of nude body parts and receiving nude photographs from her.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/yjdZ2n) that Doerr pleaded not guilty to felony counts of luring a minor by computer, possession of certain materials prohibited and promoting obscenity to minors during an arraignment in Burleigh County District Court on Monday.
An affidavit filed in the case says Doerr acknowledged that he met the girl online and knew she was 16. He reportedly admitted to driving to Redfield, S.D., to have sex with the girl.
Nude photographs also were reportedly found.
