BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Spring is near, and time is running out for winter anglers to remove permanent fish houses from North Dakota waters.

The state Game and Fish Department says the deadline is midnight on March 15. Water Safety Coordinator Nancy Boldt (bolt) says fish houses can be used after that, but they must be removed daily.

North Dakota's darkhouse spearfishing season also closes on March 15.
