BINFORD, ND (WDAZ-TV) - Three members of a Binford family have been arrested in connection to a number of thefts, according to the Griggs County Sheriff's Department.
Hector and Alina Concepcion and their son Mason were arrested on March 6.
Griggs County Chief Sheriff's Deputy Terry Gray said a search warrant was executed at the Concepcion's Binford, ND, home and guns, batteries and a snowplow for an ATV, among other items, were found. Gray says the items all tie in to burglaries. He also said stolen tires were found in the garage.
Both Hector and Alina are still in the Stutsman County jail. Hector had been released, but was re-arrested for harassing witnesses in the case, Gray said. In addition to possession of stolen property, he's charged with tampering with witnesses and informants in proceedings and tampering with informants in criminal investigations. All three counts are Class C felonies punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine for each count.
Alina Concepcion is charged with possession of stolen property and two counts of criminal conspiracy, a Class C felony.
Mason is charged with two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of criminal mischief, burglary, theft of property, possession of stolen property, two counts of removing a road sign and fleeing or attempting to elude police.
A search warrant was also issued for computers at the home. They're being searched by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
