GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A North Dakota Highway Patrol captain is on leave after being arrested for suspicion of drunk driving in Minnesota.
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office confirms that Regional Captain Kevin Robson was arrested there at 3 a.m. on March 10, but will offer no other details other than to say the case is still under investigation.
They will not say whether or not Robson was booked into the jail, when he was released from custody or how he got home.
A person in the Beltrami County Attorney's office says no paperwork on the case has been submitted to them.
A Highway Patrol spokesman in Bismarck confirms that Robson is on personal leave while the Patrol conducts its own investigation.
Messages left on Robson's phones have not been returned.
