BINFORD, N.D. – The fourth member of a family accused of burglarizing a hunting lodge near here last December is facing charges related to the incident.
According to documents filed Monday in Griggs County District Court, 22-year-old Forrest Concepcion is charged with burglary, possession of stolen property, theft of property and criminal trespass.
Authorities say Concepcion allegedly broke into the Red Willow Hunting Club along his brother, 19-year-old Mason Concepcion, and stole a variety of objects.
Thanks to a tip from an informant, Griggs County Sheriff’s deputies were able to locate the stolen items at the family’s residence in Binford, where Mason Concepcion allegedly admitted to stealing the items
Earlier this month, Mason Concepcion, along with the men’s mother, 52-year-old Alina Concepcion, and father, 52-year-old Hector Concepcion, were charged with a long list of crimes linked to the burglary –conspiracy and witness tampering among them.
