GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - An neighborhood dispute overnight has resulted in a terrorizing charge for a Grand Forks man.
Police were called to 1105 27th Avenue South at about 2 a.m. Friday morning.
A man told police that the suspect, Nathan Saye, had confronted him with a handgun over a fight in the neighborhood.
Saye was later found in an apartment where he was taken into custody and charged with terrorizing.
