FARGO – A 50-year-old Fargo man was arrested Friday afternoon after he was found inside a fenced area near the runway at Hector International Airport.
David W. Delaney faces felony criminal trespass charges in the incident.
Fargo police received a call around 4:30 p.m. Friday about a man running toward the air traffic control tower, Sgt. Chris Helmick said.
Police aren’t sure how Delaney got into the airport or what he was doing there.
“It looks like it may have been related to his medical condition,” Helmick said.
Delaney was in custody Saturday afternoon at Cass County Jail.
